Some financial support is available for early career researchers to cover travel, accommodation, and registration expenses. Any full-time student in good standing is eligible for consideration, as are those in postdoctoral fellowships or other temporary positions. When determining the amount of funding, priority will be given to students, and to participants presenting talks or posters. Participants are strongly encouraged to also apply for funding from local sources and their home institutions.
To submit an application for financial support, you will be asked to fill out a funding application (a link to a Google form will be posted when registration opens). Please note that you will need to provide:
a short CV (one page is fine) to be uploaded directly into the form. Please make sure this includes your contact information, your expected/past date (month/year) of your PhD award, the institution of your PhD, and your advisor/mentor’s name.
the names and email addresses of 2 people (advisors or mentors) who can be contacted to write a letter of reference on your behalf. This step is not necessary if you are presenting a talk or poster at the conference.
The deadline for travel support requests will be March 15, 2025 and support decisions will be made by April 1, 2025.
