Registration
In order to apply for the School, please directly send an email to
winterschool2017@math.is.tohoku.ac.jp
with the subject: A3 GSIS Winter School 2017. The deadline is 15 Nov 2016.
We will accept late applications, however, the registration process will be closed once the maximum number of participants is reached.
Please include the following information in your mail:
- Name
- Affiliation and Position
- Period of participation
- Citizenship (We may need this information for visa application)
Students' Poster Session
We invite you to showcase your current studies, research, or projects.
A Poster Session is scheduled on Monday, 6 Feb 2017.
In the scheduled Poster Session, you can discuss your studies,
the details of your project's objectives and methodology,
and benefit from comments from other participants and experts.
We strongly encourage every student to participate in the Session.
Please submit a summary of your project description of 150 words or less by
15 Dec 2016 to winterschool2017@math.is.tohoku.ac.jp
with the subject: Project description.
If your project is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and requirements for presenting your poster.
For every poster presentation, a certification from the School, an international workshop, will be issued.
Financial supports
A3 foresight members will be fully supported by the A3 foresight program.
For non A3 foresight members, we are currently applying for some grants.
Depending on the results, there will be a financial aid.
Please mention in your application mail if you need a financial aid.
