まず,これは少し注意しなければいけないと思うのですが,
どこからか,``type $(n,k)$" と ``with growth vector $(a,b)$" が
混乱していると思います.
例えば,
P86. L-11. の type(3,5) and of (2,3,5) は,growth vector だと思います.
あと,ミスプリントと思われるのは,次のものです.
