We discuss the solvability of the complex GinzburgLandau equation with a spacetime Gaussian white noise, on the 3dimensional torus. Since this equation has a singular term, its solution is defined after performing a suitable renormalization. This part is a stochastic problem. The local wellposedness was shown by Hoshino, Inahama and Naganuma. We furthermore show the global wellposedness by using a priori $L^{3+}$ inequality. This part is a purely PDE problem.
