To speakers: We will have a projector and a laptop PC, black boards and a white board. You can use your own laptop if you prefer.
Registration (No registration fee):
Pre-registration for SCHA has been closed. Please register on-site at the registration desk.
We have 2 options:
  1. Onsen(Spa) in the JR Tower where is near the university, 2,900 JPY, adults only.
  2. Climbing Mt. Moiwa which is southwest of central Sapporo, 1,700 JPY (roundtrip for ropeway and mini cable car) plus probably street car fares, children can also enjoy this excursion.
If you would like to join, please sign-up at the reception desk in the conference hall by Tuesday, August 9, noon.
The reception of SCHA will be held on August 10 in Sapporo Aspen Hotel.
Reception fees:
Adult: 5,000 JPY per person
Children upper 13 years-old: 900 JPY per children
Children 12 years-old and under: free of charge

We will collect the fee at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference hall on August 8 or 9. Therefore, we recommned you get Japanese YEN ready beforehand.
