In this talk we will review current mathematical models and computational tools for integration of high throughput genomics and functional genomics data. Some of these methods include likelihood analysis to discover key causal genes, mixed models for association mapping and clustering techniques to build complex networks of gene interactions. Recently published applications in metabolic and neurological diseases will be discussed.

Coffee is served at the 5th floor of Bldg.3 (16:30--17:00).
Different Time (17:00--18:00).
