Research Activities

I am interested in rhythms and patterns in nature. I work on constructing and then analyzing a detailed model or a toy model of nonequilibrium phenomena to understand how spatio-temporal structures emerge from interactions of many elements under nonequilibrium conditions. My recent research topics include collective oscillations and morphogenesis in growing tissues.
