We discuss the solvability of the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation with a space-time Gaussian white noise, on the 3-dimensional torus. Since this equation has a singular term, its solution is defined after performing a suitable renormalization. This part is a stochastic problem. The local well-posedness was shown by Hoshino, Inahama and Naganuma. We furthermore show the global well-posedness by using a priori $L^{3+}$ inequality. This part is a purely PDE problem.
